BAMBOO HR

This large, custom-designed booth for BambooHR uses a “nature-meets-tech” aesthetic, leaning heavily into the brand’s signature lime green and wood-toned palette. It successfully balances organic elements (light oak wood floors, slatted wood walls, and potted plants) with modern technology (recessed LED lighting, sleek monitors, and clean typography). The use of floor decals (“This way for fresh-pressed shirts!”) helps with traffic flow and adds a playful touch to the professional setting.

The perimeter is defined by stylized, rounded green panels of varying heights and shades, mimicking a forest or rolling hills. This provides a soft boundary for the booth without making it feel closed off.

Large, curved "leaf" hanging signs, ensure the booth is visible from across the convention hall.

A semi-private area enclosed by vertical wooden slats provides a space for more in-depth conversations.

A counter equipped with industrial heat presses where attendees can get custom-printed t-shirts
